Rather than simply switching the heater on and off, this thermostat uses rapid power pulses to maintain the set temperature, minimizing fluctuations and providing a more stable environment for your enclosure.

Capable of handling up to 450 watts, it works well with a variety of heating setups. However, it isn’t recommended for light-emitting heaters or deep heat projectors, as the pulsing can create visible flicker and shorten lamp life. For those types of heat sources, the HabiStat Classic Pro Dimming Thermostat is a better option.
